A villager at heart, Shadrack’s last corporate role was with Deloitte. He then set-up a management consulting firm and spent a decade: scaling businesses. Including scaling an SME from 500 dollars to 2 million USD within
36 months: which received significant industry attention. During that quantum leap he uncovered the sector’s supply chains gaps: existing at the intersection of the informal & mainstream economies.

To address them: He co-Founded Coronet Blockchain, a tech start-up, to repair Africa’s fragmented supply chains leveraging blockchain. Commencing in beauty industry, then food supply chains through eFama App, among others. Referred to as Africa’s Blockchain Barron, by industry peers, he is a passionate AfCFTA advocate. His published Thought Leadership enjoys 10 million impressions annually, engaging C-suite executives, Listed company CEOs, Tech experts & entrepreneurs. As an authority on blockchain for supply
chains: he writes extensively on leveraging blockchain to transform Africa, tech for social good, personal victories, emerging tech & web3 developments.

Revisiting his village beginnings, where he was raised by 2 generations of farmers, Shadrack Co-Founded the eFama App to add weight to gearing Africa for improved food security, through digitisation. eFama brings the farm to your door, as a B2B2C Marketplace: that enables farmers to sell their fresh produce and meat direct to consumers and commercial buyers.

Interests: Navigating business on the African Continent and reading: “I am concluding Peter Thiel's book Zero to One, before circling back to 3 other leadership books: 12 Things that undermine your success by Andre G Olivier, 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell and then finally read [for the first time] Rumble In The Jungle Reloaded: by Rutendo Hwindingwi.”
